The brief called for the re-launch of an existing family project management and construction business that had suffered the rigors of the GFC.

The approach was to completely separate the previous business from the new one. The client had registered the new name and IQ3 took the approach of a total re-brand from the ground up.

The creative was aimed at providing architects and building investors with a clean modern image that they could associate with.
