Mer Solutions is a leading Ship Inspections business who created an APP to streamline their inspections through data management and evaluation. IQ3 were asked to look at how to develop the APP as a stand alone tool for licensing to shipping companies globally. This included pricing models, product extensions, licensing options, and how to market and sell the tool across the broad spectrum of international shipping and ports management. This included working on the Product Plan, Business Plan and Marketing Plan for launch in 2020.
EQUIPE Scientific
As part of the Oceania Sciences Group work developed by IQ3, came the requirement to investigate a new business which will be their online sales arm. The business, called EQUIPE Scientific, was briefed to IQ3 to begin exploratory work on product and sales strategies for this hi-tech, high value scientific instrumentation portal for launch in 2020
